In-Depth Analysis of Customer Pain Points,Committed to R&D Innovation-Cleaning Pain Points Analysis SeminarConcludes Successfully

On November 21. 2024, the "Photovoltaic (PV )industry Cleaning Pain Points Analvsis andDiscussion Seminar," organized by the General Management Office was successfully heldUnder the theme of "Focusing on Cleaning Challenges ·Collaborating on Solutions," themeeting delved into customer pain points and core demands, exploring the challenges andopportunities in PV cleaning to drive product advancement.

With the continuous rise in global PV installed capacity, the importance of PV operationsand maintenance (0&M), particularly module cleaning, has become increasingly prominent. Statistics show that approximately 60% of PV power plants face untimely cleaningissues, resulting in an average power generation efficiency loss of 8%-12%. Traditionalcleaning methods entail high labor costs and significant safety risks.

During the seminar, the presentation systematically outlined four core pain points of tradi.tional PV cleaning methods: low cleaning efficiency, high cleaning costs, significant safetyhazards, and poor adaptability to extreme environments.

To address these challenges, the R&D and Production Department collaborated on inno-vative upgrades across four key dimensions: intelligent cleaning systems, water-free dustremoval technology, safety protection mechanisms, and material optimization. Anchoredin customer needs, they developed a PV cleaning robot designed to resolve these painpoints, fulfiling the commitment to "Engineered for Efficient and Safe O&M " which re-flects the company's core principles of truly achieving customer centricity, innovation asthe focus, and quality as the core.

By thoroughly analyzing industry pain points and sharing innovative solutions, the seminarhas provided new direction and momentum for the next phase of the company's PV clean-ing robot development strategy. Moving forward, the company will continue leveraging itsexpertise as a leading deep cultivator in the PV sector, partnering with stakeholders todrive the industry toward better, faster, and more stable growth.
